We begin by reviewing all project documents — BOQ, drawings, and specifications to understand the full scope of work and system requirements.

Execution Based on the project study, we Submit a detailed technical and financial offer, outlining Material Submittal, Certifications, and pricing for approval. Execution starts only after receiving full approvals

Finalizing the contract and obtaining the consultant’s approval of the shop drawings and material markings, allowing us to proceed with immediate implementation in accordance with local and international fire suppression and HVAC codes

We perform comprehensive system testing and commissioning to ensure full compliance with project specifications and standards. This includes pressure testing, system flushing, equipment verification, coverage checks, and final inspections by the consultant.

The project is officially handed over to the consultant or civil defense authorities, addressing any observations and ensuring that all supplied systems, installation, testing, pressure checks, and other requirements fully comply with local and international standards, as well as the specifications approved by the project consultant and civil defense
